Dear Reader

From Friday, May 4th to Saturday, May 19th, 2018, I will be presenting my recent artwork, the series "Network", in the Galerie / Edition Z in Chur.

Network - lines and loops, braided, crossed and intertwined. Some of them appear in the background, other cross from above. A net is woven, uneven and wild- seemingly senseless.

The finished art object is a result of the work process. A wooden board was wrapped with tape several times and covered with liquid stains, pigments, charcoal and ash. Once the tapes were removed, the structures and lines became visible. In this way the final shape was created through this selected work process of cover/uncover the wooden panels.

In an intensive, concentrated period, I was busy with several panels simultaneously. Repetitions, variations and differences between the boards compose and amplify the primary idea of this series.
Just in time for the opening a 44-page, colored catalog will come out. In addition, especially for this exhibition. I created a limited edition of 20 small, double-sided panels. These small editions- panels will be offered for a special price together with a catalog. This is a great opportunity to acquire your favorite piece of this special limited edition! The gallery owner,
Thomas Zindel and I will be happy to take your orders by mail or by phone, as well.

Friday, May 4th 2018, from 17.00 p.m.
I will be happy to greet you personally in the Gallery.
Opening hours:
Wednesday to Friday 2pm - 5pm
Saturday 1pm - 4pma
Or by telephone appointment - 079 310 40 31

All of you are warmly invited.  Greeting you at the exhibition will be a great pleasure for me!

 Best regards
